Okay...Gilby Clarke is a great guitarist...but how did he become the one everyone thinks they have to be "good enough to front." Hello...they are going to have to be incredible to front Tommy Lee and Jason Newstead....yet somehow this has become the Gilby show. I'm not sure being the guitarist in GNR at the END of their heyday makes you the one they should be fawning over.
What do you think...who can hold their own singing in front of Tommy and Jason?

The choices do not seem to be as awesome as the first Rockstar. I like Lukas for his originality and talent but not sure if he is 'ready' for the big time. I am also a bit biased b/c he is Canadian. If not him, I could see Dilana fronting.

I totally agree about Gilby. I hate Lukas, but I think he's going to win.
