If I had to dedicate a song to Dr. Phil, it would be Insane in the Brain by Cypress Hill! Yeah, good ol' Phil is rather crazy and I'm pretty sure all of his intense "eye-staring" and "beating about the bushing" have been ineffective for his patients.
