My memonex 512 flash drive , Has work just 3 weeks ... now by all operation such as del. copy , cut , paste , format give me the error message : "the disk is write -protected . remove write-protected or use another disk ... I got bored to resolve this problem . anyone who knows what happened to this device Please help me ... thanks alotttt

Are the files read-only? Perhaps by simply right clicking on the file and unchecking the read-only flag?
Sometimes those USB memory sticks have a little slider or something on the stick that determines if it's write-protected.
I'm not sure.
