Now, Phil, who has been watching a Nicholas Cage marathon?! If you know NC has just become the head of the Bavarian Illuminati, he has many, many other (pardon the expression) worlds to conquer. Besides, he would have to move to another country to become that country's dictator (after he establishes residency, becomes a citizen, etc.) Italy already had a dictator; that didn't work out very well for him; France, no; the U.K., no, and the U.S.A., absolutely not. So, how was "World Trade Center"?
