Using waterproof mascara or eyeliner can help it stay on. During the day you can fix any makeup that's fallen with a qtip and some lotion. I do not recommend the DiorShow waterproof mascara because it flakes off. I like the Maybelline or Cover Girl waterproof mascaras and eyeliners. You can also try doing a liquid eyeliner and that should stay put.

I won't suggest waterproof because I hate it! Its hard to get off. If you wear a lot of concealer or liquid makeup the darkness from mascara will stick to it, if so use less or switch to a dry powder.

DON'T WEAR IT!! Face the fact, all it does is this to you! But, if you really need it, don't get liquid eyeliner or draw on eyeliner. Get powder eyeliner. It stays on really well, also, for mascara, get the kind were it says waterproof. It will block it from running.

Try waterproof mascara (Cover Girl has a good one). You will need an eye makeup remover to get it off (also from Cover Girl).

Use waterproof makeup. I love the waterproof Loreal Lash Architect and their Revlon Longwear eyeliner. Also, I noticed that it I don't apply moisturizer around my eyes prior to applying makeup it lasts longer. Something about it being too greasy that makes it run.

Try appling less or apply it with a qtip. Make sure not to touch your eyes as much. Maybe look into a different brand of makeup. Your skin may also be too oily so wash your face regularly

Any over oily substances like creams, cream bases, or oily make-up removers will cause your make-up to smudge. Use a water based facial cleanser and to remove your eye-makeup use a LIGHT mineral oil followed by a skin freshener - the favourite of a professional make-up artist that i know uses pure rosewater. It might not be good around the eyes for everyone if your eyes sting splash them with water instead.

maybe you should try a different brand. some brands advertise smear free and other stuff that may help your problem. also avoid using moisturizer on your eye area because they can cause you to sweat easily which can cause your makeup to smear.....good luck

go for a more expensive brand.

try putting concealer under your eyes after you apply eye makeup

for mascara on eyelids, hlod a tissue over your eyelid then apply mascara, let it dry completely, curl & comb lashes.

good luck!
