9. homeowners who own guns and kill a burgler will be imprisoned
10 police will not be allowed to have weapons
11 the militray will not be allowed to have weapons
12 a ferderal police force will be the only agency allowed to have guns and then only if they belong to the party
13 speaking out against the government will be banned as well as peacfull assembly unlees that assembly is mandated by the party

Since you obviously misunderstand the core principles involved, it's almost impossible to address this question. But let's try.
1 and 2 are meaningless, because the Democrats don't think distinctions should be made based on gender or sexual orientation.
4 is already true. All citizens have government mandated representation in the Congress, and everybody has the right to express their opinions.
5 misses the blatant point of separation of church and state. Neither can control, influence or outlaw the other.
7 again fails to recognize that racial distinctions are in direct opposition to the party platform.
9 and 10 aren't up to the federal government. They are purely a state issue. Try reading Article I and the 10th Amendment sometime.
13 again you obviously have no concept of the goal to allow everyone to have an equal ability to express their opinions. It's Democrats that are fighting FOR the 1st Amendment protections, and the current Republican government fighting against constitutional protections.
Nice try. But you get a D- on social issues, and an F on constitutional law.

No. You're a fool. You've taken America's commitment to preserving the rights of everyone--including minorities--and turned it around to make some profoundly foolish fantasy where those minorities rule as absolutely as you seem to think the majority should!
You're one of those people who thinks that because minority groups have rights that you're deprived of yours! You're in the wrong country, pal. You can do what you want but so can they.
