Rarely it will boot in Windows. But almost always in DOS. It wants a command to go further and I'm at my wits end. Is there only one command? Are there several?

in case you could get into the command instantaneous then it will be a probability to fix it no matter if that's the startup classes that are inflicting the themes. The DOS command REG help you into the registry the position a large type of the startup classes are defined. REG question HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentV... which will record the equipment that runs at the same time as abode windows starts and per chance you'll see something slightly iffy! in case you do use the REG DELETE command to get rid of it and then reboot. that's worth a try.
