Press F8 when your computer gives you the option and boot in safe mode. It might seem frozen but its not. It goes really slow in safe mode.

I can't help you with this kind of question. Take it in to an authorized repair center so you can demonstrate legal ownership and they'll be able to help you out.
Heres the problem. You could try to reformat and loose everything. Or proove its yours and go to the dealer.
Use The Security In Your Operating System
Make sure you at least have a password for your account so that if your computer is booted up it asks for an account / password pair. That's what the person mailing is talking about, isn't it? I mean, if it's your computer and you use it every day, how could you not remember your own username? Uh huh. Suspicious, eh? You can go further and actually install a BIOS password too, but at that point, your laptop's already stolen so I don't think it's going to do much good other than to protect your data.
Dont let STUPID people touch your laptop ever.

Is it the Bios password or the OS password? If it asks for a bypass top once you turn it on, then it relatively is the bios password. If it asks for a bypass after it has booted up and is in domicile windows (or w/e OS you have) then it relatively is the OS password. you are able to reset the bios password by utilising getting rid of the CMOS battery and letting the ability use up. Google a thank you to try this. If it relatively is the OS password, attempt basically pressing enter (now and back you will get right into a default account) or you would be able to could reinstall the OS thoroughly if the laptop is risk-free by utilising a password you have no longer have been given.

When the laptop boots start hitting the F8 key it should come up to a menu to boot into safe mode. Pick safe mode and pick administrator. most people leave the password blank. If this doesn't work you will need a boot disk to reset the admin password.

Boot the computer in Safe Mode with F8 and log in as Administrator and go to control panel and remove the password from the account.

Check the help system for your system, that is, if you can get onto another computer that is like yours, or, at the least, with the same OS
