Singapore--with the following notation
"There is a common misconception that chewing gum is illegal in Singapore. However, the ban only prevents the import and sale of chewing gum, not its consumption. In fact, foreign visitors and returning residents are legally allowed to bring small amounts of chewing gum into the country for personal consumption. In Singapore you can chew gum, but you cannot sell/import gum into the country. Lately they've relaxed laws to allow nicotine gum and gum for 'strengthening teeth' into the market, but can only be bought at pharmacies.
And you will not be 'terminated', depending on the scale of the offence you are probably just faced with a fine and corrective work order.
I think in some parts of Europe there has been lobbying to also ban chewing gum due to littering problems.

What have you got against people who have dentures? There is no country where either the chewing of the cud or the chewing of gum is illegal. The discarding of gum falls under the litter act of some countries.

Singapore? Can't "CHEW" gum? Well, not quite.
You can chew it discretely. Just don't SPIT IT OUT.
You can't buy it. You can't sell it. You can only bring 2 packs into the country. If you have more, you can be charged for trafficking in a controlled substance.
Other notable Singaporian offenses:
*It's against the law - to jay-walk.
*It's against the law - to be naked in your own home.
*It's against the law - to let your car get too dirty.
*It's against the law - to wash your car with a hose.
*It's against the law - to leave the country with less than 3/4 tank of gas
*It's against the law - to have a gay or lesbian relationship.
Chewing gum seems to be the least of their worries.
