No. It is a learned behavior, mostly acquired from a young impressible age.
If you use genetics as an excuse than you are saying a person can't help themselves by acting the way they do, but this is not true in the case of being racist.

No, but it is something that a parent or others teach to their children.
You know, we teach our childen Math, How to read ect.
But, all of our children need to learn How to treat others.
Character education should be in every school and be manditory.
Not religion but character, like respect, asking, do not steal.
Most people do not teach their children these things. So, the children replace it with what they learn on T.V. This teaches them respect only when you want to steal if no one is looking and if some one is different then pick on them and treat them differently.

Any way I found this site and it has excellant Character Education programs. For children, teens and adults.
I have a set for home schooling my son. There is no religion in it. They use it in many public schools. ITS GREAT!!!!!!

no, it's a psychological disorder developed from living in an enviroment that encourages intolerance. but the intolerance is due to inherited stupidity and there are genes that control the level of intelligence you have.

wouldn't it be cool if we could just go in and fix their stupid, racist DNA?
