Web scripting languages such as PHP, ASP, Cold Fusion, JSP, etc., graphic design (Photoshop, etc.), and database (MySQL, Postgre SQL, Oracle, SQL Server). That's a good start anyway....

Podcast feed is an easy to make as ABC, whilst for you tube alike site it requires programming knowledge.

You probably need the basic HTML, javascript, jsp, flash, etc. To do the complex stuff with playing video / audio, there are a lot of ways to do that, but some java or .NET knowledge would probably be handy.

PHP would be the best because it is free and there are zillions of tutorials on it.
