Since you emphasize the word 'country' in uppercase,it leads me to suspect that this may be a place which is not recognized by the U.N.,but is in fact operating in its own right as an independent country.Therefor my answer has to be Taiwan,or if you contest that I'll label it The Republic of China.Surely I get the ten points.
