I have small problem whenever I'm hard?

Question

why there is some white liquid coming from my dick whenever I'm hard or my partner start to play with my dick? it is not spicemen, it light whight and have some viscosity...Any help in such regards? Thanks

im not sure what this could be but it might be best to get it checked by your gp. does it smell funny and is it very sticky?

it is sperm(mixed with some semen), often penis puts out some sperm before full ejaculation,
if you are having it only cause you have an erection, it is problem, but as long as it appears only when your partenr plays with your penis it is very natural,
for example i can have up to two of these before full ejaculation,

but you did not tell how old you are, i happend me once when i was doing foreplay on woman (but then i was like 15) never happend again before my penis was stimulated by female (hand, vagina, mouth, or mine own hand)

so it is happend once (sperm discherche before any stimulation ) nothing to worry about,
