THis is for Yahoo forward mail. It wont send anything and I can't compose.

Do u talk here about Yahoo mail or any other webmail??
if so then contact there technical support.
It you have POP3 account which mean you use Email Client like Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.
Then make sure you use right configuration in smtp server, Here is the way to do in Outlook Express.
1- From Tools > Accounts > Mail..
2 Select your Account properties.
3- From Server tab, in Outgoing mail server (smtp) make sure information there is right..
if u need Authentication in outgoing check the box at the buttom then supply your username and password.
that's it.. if you don' know your smtp server then you need to cotact your mail service provider.

I would check your email settings. You might have typed in your pop server incorrectly. It also might be a problem with your ISP.
