Well who ever is doing your nails isn't doing them good enough. I have gel nails and I am a firefighter, my nails go through quite a workout and most of the time they are good til my next fill.
The odd time one of my nails goes flying, but usually because I get it caught in a compartment door while I am closing them. other than that, they are fantastic and hold up to my job.

ok, first of all scultpured nails are acrylic nails. u definately need to try acrylic. whether they r sculptured or tips will depend on your own natural nails, and the length u would like them to be. if u like your gel nails, then maybe your manicurist could try dehydrating them a little more, but if u have a naturally sweaty palm, there really isnt much you can do.

Sculptured nails are less thick and more real looking. Gel nails are history. I used to get them too. I didn't even know they made them anymore!!! Definitely try the sculptured nails... and get them professionally done (it doesn't cost that much).

I get acrylics and I love them. I love the way they feel and look, and once you get used to them, you never want to go back. Also, once you find a good salon, stick with it. Where I live, there are a lot of mediocre nail salons, but I found one where everyone there does a good job.

Acrylic nails always stayed on for me. I wore them for two years straight.
