i owned a 1950 model Panhead Harley chopper i built ,it looked like easyriders captain america chopper.
A chopper useally has a longer front end High handlebars ,sometimes no shocks (ridge frame)lighter than a stock bike
most people build them to there own taste or style if you want to
research this more rent the old biker movies ,like Easyrider,
Hells Angles,Born Losers,New movie STONE COLD should
give you a idea of a chooper

Well, back in the day if you took a motorcycle and cut it up and made a few changes on it that was considered a chopper.
Unfortunately, today because of all the really stupid tv shows about bikes, and all the so called "bike builders" almost all choppers look the same.

A chopper is a custom hand built bike and that is pretty much it.
