No one wants 2 hire me on the job. Also, there's one job that wants 2 pay me such a low salary. I have nothing 2 do 2day.

Have you ever considered the fact that you have not been hired because you are not qualified? Or that they want to pay at a lower rate because you are not qualified?
In alot of you posts you keep referring to all this education that you have. Well most employers are not overly concerned about your newly acquired degree from college. They are wanting individuals with some job stability, someone that has experience. someone who can walk in the door and take over.
Right now the only thing you have is the diploma........you are going to have to start at the ground floor, ground level. You may have to take a lower paying position and work your way up.
There are millions of college graduates that are jobless. If you have any brains at all then you will take what is offered and get your foot in the door.

You gotta do what you gotta do to get in. You have to start at the bottom and work your way up.If you got the skills, it will show which means you work your way up faster than others. Don't assume just because you have a college degree that others care, I never went to college and I make more money than a high school teacher. Took me less time, too. So, put the pride aside and take the job!
