I need to find a roommate & this is a nice size (approx 1200 sqft) duplex w/2 baths, small rm/office, dishwsher, cntrl a/c, storage, 10 min. dtown, near 3 major bus lines, exprsswy, metra, & subways. Prkng is ok. There are $400,000 condos all around & walking dis. Wicker Park, sushi, pizza, mex, thai, cafes, groceries, clubs, trendy bars, banks. I mean the 'hood' is becoming amazing, compared to when I moved here 5 yrs ago....dealers used to stand where 1/2 mil. condos are now. The place has dig. expanded tv, cable & wireless net, it's own hotwater heater, unlimited phone (Vontage), I get groceries delivered, deep freezer. The person get their own bath & will have over half the LR, storage & hallways to do with what they want. My cats stay in my room. I am neat, clean, very organized & loves to cook gourmet dishes. The 'neg' is, I like loud club/dance music (I can play when no1's here), keep the place cold & not alot of sunshine gets in. Same apart. in area is well over $1800. Advice!?

they are both rather good events cities, yet you'll might want to provide a mild side to Chicago. it is how I see it. Bears > Lions Tigers > Cubs & White Sox red Wings > Blackhawks Bulls > Pistons universal that is rather close with 2 communities having the side over the different, in spite of the undeniable fact that the side is going to Chicago with 24 championships to Detroit's 23. also, I hate to interrupt it to Detroit followers who for some reason imagine the Lions are extra effective than the Bears, in spite of the undeniable fact that the Bears are fingers down the added effective franchise. They carry all kinds of files consisting of have 9 NFL championships, the most hall of famers, and the optimal triumphing percentage. The Lions do have 4 championships pre-merger, yet universal they have been continually between the worst franchises contained in the league, with a bottom 10 triumphing percentage besides as no championships because the 50's. even if the Lions are on their way up immediately, not in any respect does that rewrite heritage.
