Some of the proportions are a little off.. The foot is is really unrealistic so pay more attention to the relationship between the ankle, leg and foot; I believe this is the core problem with your figure - the joints, which is what makes it look so robotic. you might benefit from using a lighter (2h or higher) pencil to map out the figure and then shade or reinforce line with a 4b or 6b. the figure is somewhat androgynous. the arms and legs are masculine but the face is very feminine. I'm not sure whether or not this was intentional. Some of the shading between the figure and it's pack is confusing. this may be a result of the digital reproduction but i think it's because the values are too similar. conceptually i think i like it. I am unsure about the use of color. It's seems relevant to what you are trying to express, but the use of black and white with a touch of color has become rather platitudinous of late. I think it would be more successful if you put your trust into the delicacy of the pencil strokes and shading. you might also think of making the color more subtle. graphite does not allow for extreme light/dark contrast so a dot of high key color is very distracting.
All in all I think it's a very good attempt. The human body is one of the most difficult things one can draw perhaps the most difficult. your attempt is very brave and any attempt should always be seen as such. forgive my ranting. keep drawing.
