If the battery is known to be good, then the starter maybe bad. Get it taken out and tested to verify, then replace it if it is bad.

First make sure the battery terminals are clean. If the solenoid switch isn't getting a good connection that might be the problem...if not it could be the solenoid or the starter.

Once it's running, the battery has nothing to do with it - alternator is doing the work. Push starting doesn't require a good charge on the battery. I think your battery is either shot or the alternator is not charging it.

The battery doesn't have enough power to start the car. It may have enough power to make the lights light up, or play the radio, but not start the car.

check the ground wire to see if loose or corroded. bad grounds wreak havoc on electrical systems. could be solenoid or battery has a bad cell in it not allowing a full current to be produced to actuate the starter. or starter could be faulty

It is either your starter, or the starter solonoid. Sometimes they are sold separately, usually sold as a unit. You can take your starter off and have it tested for free before purchasing another one.

it's your starter.......the car keeps running when you disconnect the battery because it is running off the alternator.
