You can get a cleaning spray that removes mould from most supermarkets. When you've done that, it's worth wiping down the wall with a bit of neat bleach on a rag to discourage further growth.

I the mold is growing on ceramic tile, try to spray pure clorox, and try to ventilate your place more often. It happened to me with my shower. IT WORKS.

wash with strong soap water with a little bleach added
repeat as needed until you have killed it
keep the area dry! mold loves damp places

swb it down with mixture of clorox and watter, then rinse thourly with a garden hose. you just may have to repaint if your paint is in bad shape already. otherwise no.

After killing it, let it dry throughly.
To repaint, use "Aluminum paint" over the area, then paint as usual.
The aluminum paint will prevent bleed through.
