Why does every generation think they have the answers when it is obvious that they will not since none have ?

we have had the same list of problems for all of recorded history ( such as pollution - race relations - hunger ) now this would make sense if they only thought this way while young and learning but it tends to last until death just post a question and the answers will come but we know they have never worked don't people ever learn ?

I agree completely. The ONLY people who have ANY power over this are the government. Sure, people may have some crazy idea of what they think will cure world hunger, and hey maybe it's even a really good idea that could work. But let's face it - the government's got the money, and the government will do what they want with it. We as society can't do anything. Deal with it! I don't think people ever learn.

Until you offer a better solution, the errors will continue. Until then, we're working off the best knowledge we have.

In other words, quit complaining and fix it if you think you're smarter than the past generation.

it's human nature to think that way... But if people could fix all of the world's problems, they never would do it...The reason is because if they were all fixed, what other challenges would life have to offer?

nope it's right of passage and really it's a good thing every generation is thinking how best to treat the earth and i vote they continue to look into the earth's health

I think that people think they learn. They think that they can solve a problem by creating somethiing new. But really that new thing they just created, is another problem.
