Which ever you prefer. I love a good honey-glazed ham at any time but I only really like turkey for the leftovers (like turkey salad). There have been plenty of times when my family has had neither for the holidays. Sometimes my mom would just make a big tray of lasagna and for Christmas Eve we'd always just make finger foods and sit in front of the TV watching movies like "A Christmas Carol." So I guess just make your own traditions!
