If you are already testing positive there is no pill you can take. You shouldn't even think abortion, think adoption. Why should an unborn baby pay for your stupid mistakes?

Abortions are not illegal, but they are life altering. I had one then decided to chance it and keep the baby the next time I became pregnant (by the same man). It's hard thinking about aborting the child that I never knew after having such a beautiful miracle. I look at my daughter now and think of nothing but how stupid it was to abort the other child. Please, and I dont know how old you are, but you must talk to someone and seriously consider adoption and not abortion. Adoption agencies can set you up with responsible adults who WANT to be parents, who will pay for your medical and living expenses while pregnant and in return, they can have what you dont want or feel you cannot properly provide for. Whatever you decide, you atleast need to inform the father of the unborn child's future, or possible LACK OF a future. May I suggest you do some research on abortion, read the pros and cons, and evaluate the risks of having an abortion. Late term abortions are not good at all, especially considering the child COULD survive the abortion. Not only would you have messed up YOUR life, but that child's life as well. And at 6 weeks, the baby's heartbeat can be heard.

It's much too late for anything like the morning-after pill, and you should have thought about that right away if you didn't want to get pregnant.

I'm sorry if you were being careful and using contraceptives and they failed, but I believe that the best option right now is probably adoption.

You will need to see your OB-GYN or planned parenthood for more information.

Please do not murder your baby.

Many women who have an abortion go on to regret it, if not right away, then later on after they get pregnant again and decide to keep this child. Abortion doesn't make you 'un'pregnant, it makes you the mother of a dead baby.

If there is a serious medical reason that would cause you to need to seek an abortion, again, your OB-GYN would be the best person to talk to. Call the office on Monday and make an appointment, or, if you are too young to be able to get yourself there, there is probably a planned parenthood in your area that would be more accessible for you.

You will have to wait until your 7 weeks pregnant before you can have an abortion. You would have to take the abortion pill to prevent the baby from implanting in your uterus. You will have to go before you are 12 weeks pregnant after that it will be too late. Be careful as to whom you choose to do the abortion though. You don't want to go to some crackpot and they end up messing up your insides. Because this could cause you to not be able to have children when you finally do want to have children. Good luck.

Being one of the millions of women who have to meds in order to get pregnant and then still may not even get the chance to carry a child I want you to know how ungratefull you are.
If you think that if you are responsible enough to have sex then you need to willing to take care of your child.
If you don't not want the baby give it up for adoption. I will promise you that someone will love that baby and give it the life it deserves. Apparently any life other than a life with you would be a improvement.
GET OFF YOUR BACK AND GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!and some condoms!!!

I am generally one of those people who read neg comments and get annoyed by people piping in when they have nothing nice to say....however, I have been trying to get pregnant and just baffled by how irresponsibile you have been! Don't hurt your baby more by trying to take things to get "rid" of it. If you can't have the baby, it's time for you to now do the responsible thing and get the abortion now before you cause any damage to yourself...hopefully you will take the appropriate precautions in the future. I am prochoice but abortions should not be a form of birth control!

An abortion is the same as taking meds to abort the fetus. Yes, you can do this, see a doctor to prevent any damage to you or future children.
