The ACLU is a Socialist organization. Research their history and you will find that they started out as a Socialist political organization, not as "champions of human rights". When they met strong opposition from the American people, they disguised themselves as a "Legal force for human rights". However, they have not once stood up for the rights of Americans that don't support their agenda. They are not unbiased the heroes you purport them to be, nor have they ever, or will they ever, fight for the rights of any conservative.

The ACLU wouldn't protect the rights of Christians or almost any religion in that matter, so they wouldn't protect the rights of conversatives. Plus, they would gladly defend a sick black guy who killed a young man in a disgusting manner, and even taped the whole thing and sent it to the victim's mother and told her he loved killing her son. They also would be overwhelmed to defend Saddam Hussein, and everyone knows what he did. Oh, but of course they would never defend Hitler--only for the reason that he was white.
Seriously, they are just a bunch of stupid liberals who don't understand the Constitution, they think that people who have killed and raped others should only be given rehabilitation for four months. Of course, they usually prefer defending the minorities.

They don't. However, while the ACLU began (in the 1920's) as an organization that sought to protect established constitutional rights of citizens against government infringement, sometime in the 1960's it began to promote an agenda of supporting government redistribution of wealth. Now, it readily supports government restrictions of individual rights if the restrictions involved promotion of economic redistribution -- such as government financed political campaigns & minimum wage legislation.

It also began picking & choosing the "rights," it would support. For instance, while it supports the most far out interpretations of first amendment rights it has never lifted a finger to protect second amendment rights involving firearm possession, nor does it, to my knowledge, oppose the use of union dues to support political candidates. In short, the ACLU is more than just a defender of constitutional liberties: it also has a liberal agenda.

No you are wrong the ACLU has not fought to allow Christains any rights.

They milk the public tax money for millions for thier defense of mostly anti christian beleifs and standings. They go against the will of the majority of american people.

Our school will not allow christians to hold meetings after school, where is the ACLU ??? Their are real defense groups that help protect the rights of Americans, but the ACLU is not one of them

Most conservatives in this country are also fundamentalists and don't acknowledge that the US has never approved a state religion. They assume that the religion of this nation is some kind of amalgam of fundamentalist Christianity, and constantly bark like pit bulls and work like jackals and vipers, trying to corrupt our institutions and processes with fundamentalist trappings and practices.

Anything and anyone that gets in the way and tries to keep the non-religious nature of this country pure incurs the wrath and hatred of the fundamentalist conservative. Religion has no place in our schools, law, civic life or general culture, and each day this is more and more so. Conservatives try to rewrite the intentions of the Founders when they add religion where it doesn't belong in our country.

The ACLU is a liberal organization that would even protect rights of terrorists, and is a mockery of rights organization. It should be outlawed.
