okay, just so you know, therer is roughly a 0.01 percent chance that no matter what you're going to get laid. However. . .
Be romantic and smooth in a way that shows you know what you want. If this is your first date, dream on.
NEVER ask outright. If you are under 16, or she is, I wouldn't try it.
If you've been on at least 3 dates, and you both are old enough, then be romantic. Take her out to a nice dinner, or cook a nice one for her. Candles are a help here. Be sweet and sincere. If you were old enough, I'd suggest wine, but maybe try a nice fruity mix. Then suggest you go sit and talk. Look into her eyes, and listen to what she has to say. Turn off the TV, or have a romantic movie on. No sports or violence. Make some contact first, like holding her hand or wrap your arm around her, while you watch the movie. Touch her knee as you talk, and sit facing her. If she doesn't take your hand away, you're on the right track. When you feel the time is right (she has her hand on your knee, she is leaning towards you while you talk, she has has her head on your shoulder, etc...), lean over and lightly kiss her, mouth closed. Wait for her to open her own first. Don't rush her, or she'll pull back. If she accepts and returns the kiss, move down to her neck and shoulders. Be light and romantic. Don't jump on her. Watch your hands at first. Don't be anxious to get a handful of something until she touches you back. If she doesn't put her hands on your shoulder, around your back, or somewhere else, while you are kissing her, stop. If she does, take it from there.

Okay Chetan get real okay I am not going to baby you even if you did not ask anyone to, but I am going to tell you dont ask her for anything but that STD TEST FIRST, what you dont think you can get it? well you can and get real sex is not the fun if your bleeding out of your stuff, or have a bad odor, soo please take it serious and protect yourself first with the test then with the protection or rain coat, whatever, All I know is if she is not ready then you should not ask for it, It may not be a big deal to you but it is to her. i agree with kristi. u don't ask for sex u have to be in the right mood. if this is your first date then don't have sex. u have to be in a mature and close relationship.
