The murder rate would sky rocket! Then I would get busted for growing tobacco plants in my house too! that would suck!

There would be no communting because everybody would be in their homes crrying and looking on the enternet for where they could get some tobacco...there would maybe 1 maybe 2 cars on the road...

since nicotine is more addictive then heroin and crack things would pretty bad. we would revisit the times of prohibition.
shoot i would drive to Mexico bring back the smokes and open up my own black market
