Steve Hackett - "If Only You Knew, "Between The Cold Moon", "Starlight", "The Palace Of Theseus", "Horizons". These are just a few of his numerous classical masterpieces.
Andres Segovia - Basically anything by this Spanish classical master is incredible.
Eric Johnson - "Ciel", "Song For George", "Desert Song". Excellent songs with jazz, classical and fusion elements.
