Hold down ctrl+shift+c it will bring up a cheat menu at the top of the screen then type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true just like that because it is case sensitive then press enter then type in exit then press enter right click the mailbox it will give a bunch of different options and one should be to get robbed or something i haven't played for a while but try that and it should work.:)

I don't think there is any way to attract them. Try putting really expensive stuff in your house I guess.

you cant attack them you just have to have an alarm in your house at all doors so that the cops come and take him away

I don't think you can attract them...they are random. I have played for a while and haven't seen any pattern to them at all. Sorry

Try buyng VERY VERY expensive stuff for your house!
If you don't have inough money try usig cheats for money that you find on www.cheatbook.de!!

i a;ways had a lot of XSPENSIVE stuff in my house n got rid of the alarm...but sumtimes they steal ur stuff so...thats wut i do! sry if im not much of a help!!!

you cant really attract them.. you can like have really expensive stuff in your hse...
you cant really attack them too.. only can call the cops..
