soak in lemon juice and hand out in sun to dry. If that doesn't remove the mildew or mold stains you're outta luck.

I only know this to work on white pillowcases but mix a little salt with fresh lemon juice (not the stuff in a bottle) and handwash the pillowcase in it. Put the pillowcase out in the full sunlight and let it dry. You may have to do this several times depending on how dark the stain is but the lemon juice and the sunlight will fade the stain out.

Bleach if white and sunshine... if not spot bleach the spots. all you can do is try...Check spots before drying and you can redo..
