mine would be that very women in the world had a body like jessica simpson and walked around naked, no crime or war, were everything is free,no fear off walking the street.

No one would be obsessed with their weight/looks. No cancer. No children being abused or dying of hunger and filthy (or non-existent) water supply.
More kindness and less violence generally. Less obsession with "stuff." Putting the "human" back in "being."
