Just before you have sex, smear some chocolate around your butt hole. Then when she sticks her thumb up there, it comes out brown. She'll never do it again.

You can just ask her to stop, but that might be awkward. Next time she does it during sex, say "ouch" or make a face that clearly indicates you don't like it. Hopefully that will give her the message. A problem is that some women won't let you do anything to them they can't do to you.
