I think that he is afraid to tell you how he feels since this may hinder your preception of him. Men tend to be like that, they want their women to think that they are all strong and macho and can deal with anything. They believe they are the protectors and fear that by opening up they may seem less so.
As for telling his online friends how he feels, it has something to do with not knowing them in reality, although he is opening upto them there is a curtain of ananomity that is present and that he can hide behind. He doens't have to worry of meeting them in person.

Because on line he is anonymous and safe. With you, he is afraid of consequences.
It's a safe forum. The home can be a place of danger to some. You might ask him if he would tell you also, along with his friends, that way, you will let him know you want to be included in the loop.
Tell him to send you an email about it. Hey, sometimes it's easier than talking.

That is so strange that men can talk to people and E mail them and become closer to them then his family.
Some guys have left girl friends for some lady on the internet they have never met or talk to in person.
It has some magical appeal. Like this cyber angel in space.
Truthfully they don't even know who this person it.
It is a unfullfilled sexual fantasy. Sex is 90% in the brain.
only 10% has to do with the actual experience.
Some have cyber sex and say it is so much better.
Never figured out how they do that.

It appears that the two of you have a communication problem. People talk to online friends about difficult things because there's an anonymity there, a "safeness" about it. Why doesn't he feel safe talking to you about these things? Have you asked him? Or have you only asked us here on line?

You to make time for eachother. Maybe he feels he can't open up to you. Are there problems in your marriage. I wouldn't just so quick to assume anything, best thing to do is talk to him. Let him know that not only are you his wife but also his best friend. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I did the same thing to my husband its alot easier to talk to someone on the internet than in person specially your spouse. My hubby says he is trying to get sympathy from whoever he is talking to on the net so he can cheat on you. Good luck !

He doesnt know these people
And has nothing to lose or gain with them
Maybe he is asking around to get some advice from others and might possibly bring it to you later
I dont know if you sit down and try to talk to him but if you dont you could try that
Counseling is also good

My husband will do the same thing. I thinks its cause they may be embarrassed to show you they have feelings. Then they don't seem so manly. But regardless I thinks is stupid. Your wife should always know how you feel.

Obviously bc your relationship is not worth working on and he's just looking for a diversion. You better get counseling and if that isn't workable, divorce.

he is affraid you will feel different about him. He forgets he is only human. Cuddle up on the couch and have a good intimate gab session.
