My cousin is trying to concieve and it hasn't happened. She does not want to go to clinic, she wants it to be natural. She has even tried horny pills and such. She is a married 23 year old. Is there certain ways to have sex that helps concieve?

How long has she been trying? It doesn't just "happen".
If she wants to do this the natural way, tell her to keep sex fun and interesting.
But, in the end, something could be wrong, she may have to get a doctor's opinion and help for her and her husband.

To get pregnant she must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started she must put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. She will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that her eggs are being released. If she wants to get pregnant this is the day that she must have sex. She must tell her husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

She must get her husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I just talked to a doc about this and this is what he suggested. Tell her to have an orgasm after her husband has finished because then the sperm is sucked further inside creating a better chance. Also, tell her not to get up (to just lay on her back) for at least 20 minutes to give the sperm time to make it to their destination. He also said that that sticky discharge that a woman gets right before her period is the best time to have sex because that discharge is designed to catch the sperm. I hope this helps...tell her good luck for me.

i stood on my head. had my husband take colder showers. and made sure not to go to the restroom or get up for at least 15 minutes after having sex. We made sure to only do it around three times a week as well.

i have heard that the missionary position is best and to lie down 30 min. after with her butt propped up on pillows. i have never heard of "horny" pills helping someone get preggie.(except that it might make you want to have sex but it actually doesn't make you conceive.)
