At the drug store (where I buy it now), the best are Loreal and Revlon. They are more current with their colors and types of make up. Rimmel (by Chanel) seems pretty cool but I haven't tried it yet because the colors I want are always sold out! Try the mineral foundation by Loreal. I never use foundation and this feels light and is sheer (make sure you get the exess powder of of brush). If you want a sure thing, definitely Loreal (made by Lancome).

Foundation: Merle Norman/Mac
Eye Liner: Bed Head, Bobby Brown (pot&brush)
Lip Gloss: Primal/Mac
Powder: Merle Norman
Blush: Mac/Nars
Matte: Maybelline
Eye Shadow: Mac
Mascara: Merle Norman ((their water proof is amazing!))

Revlon,foundation; Perfect wear lipstick from
Avon,or revlon,Avon is less expensive though,
and Mark has a good one for lips & cheeks.
Revlon blush,and Rimmel eyeliner and -
Rimmel Mascara are the best I have found.
Eye shadows by Maybeline,Revlon,& Oil of
Olay,and some from Mark & Avon. Rimmel
also has good eye shadow if they don't sell
out too fast.

I like most brands, but I particularly like Almay. Almay seems to have a lot of natural ingredients, and I believe it's hypoallergenic

Bare Minerals for foundation...and I use whatever brand looks cool for eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, mascara, etc

I can't give one answer, but my faves are Wet &Wild, Rimmel, N.Y.C., and Topez because they are the cheapest brands, and I get what I want from one of the brands.
