Take some time for yourself--go visit someone who makes you laugh--or call a friend and just laugh. THESE THINGS YOU ARE GOING THROUGH ARE OUT OF YOUR CONTROL SO STOP WORRYING.
Take a Break BY YOURSELF--just go in your room, close the door. Richard Pryor is pretty funny--go buy some of his old CD's on Amazon.com or something...If you can afford it--go to a hotel for a few nights and just chill out...I just found out that my mom's brother has luekemia, and I just got over a bad illness where I almost died in Janurary--and I'm so happy to be healthy agian..But I cant let problems overwhelm me---So I just do things that take away stress--like answering these questions on Yahooo Questions, listening to happy music, going for walks, etc.

Peace

consider it hard times for you, time will make it heal, remmeber the good times with your aunt, try to be there for your mom's best friend boyfriend/husband who is in comma and visit, why are you concerned of your mom's best friend dating your uncle, whats wrong with that, you for got to mention something, give yourself sometime to get away and clear your mind, stop thinking so much and stressing yourself out, try to be happy not tormented, life can be cruel , we can all worry about things and stress out, there are so much bad things happening all the time, dont worry about it so much.

Ok calm down. You need to breathe. Relax. Talk to someone. You'll be surprised at how much it helps. Believe me. I just found out that my grandma has cancer and might not be around at Christmas :(. I know how you feel. But really, talk to someone.
