I thought it was Universally Speaking..but im not sure now that i read some comments on the song lyrics..saying that its about a prostitute and blah blah blah. I dont completely agree.

Under the Bridge is about Heroin addiction....not very romantic.
I would say 'Suck My Kiss'....or perhaps the sadly romantic 'Dosed'.
