A Yahoo search for "maze gardens in oregon" (do not include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 140,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek. The first page of results identifies several maze gardens in Oregon. There are bound to be many more in subsequest pages.

This one is worthwhile, though I don't know if there's a maze in it. It's near Portland, and it's BEAUTIFUL.
