Cingular. I've had Cingular for 12 years with no problems in billing and customer service. They have gone out of their way to help me on a few occasions, even fighting with the 3rd party company that handles their phone warranties. In that case they credited me back $50 for the replacement phone and another $20 for the trouble the warranty company gave me. Lately when I replaced 2 phones their was a charge of $18 for each phone on my bill (all companies do this by the way). I called them and said I didn't think it was fair to charge me for changing the phones out when I purchased them at a Cingular store. They said no problem and removed the charges immediately.

depends where you live!

here in toronto, canada, i would say "rogers" give the best range, call quality, great signal and i have never lost a call.

i have also always had a "nokia" brand phone and i think a good phone has a lot to do with it!

(rogers do need to work on their product selection and customer service though)
