I have pimples over my head and I don't know wat to use to take it off
I wash my face every day but it doesn't copme off

Leave your skin alone -- wash it once a day, and let it go -- irritation can be a cause of pimples.
Try hibiclens. It's an antibacterial soap of unprecedented quality -- you can order it from http://www.drugstore.com or possibly from your local CVS or Walgreens.
You could also go to the store and get some benzoyl peroxide -- this stuff works great for treating pimples that are already there.

Yes I agree with happy, proactiv is the best stuff on the planet for pimples or acne.

Washing your face in the morning and at night with a mild soap like ivory. The other soaps have too many chemicals in them.
