FREE URL redirection that will mask the directed site?

So the people don't know what site it's going to...even if they check the source.

I /think/ sites like no-ip.com will do this, however I'm not 100% sure on that. If a person is "computer-smart" enough, I'm sure they would be able to figure it out anyway though. Also, in your source code, don't type out entire URLs-- just the second half.
