If someone is transgender, pre-op, with male parts, you're talking about a transgender female first of all.
If you're asking if transgirls get erections etc. the answer's yes. Their enjoyment (and sometimes their preferred mechanics) of sex may or may not be effected by the fact that their present genitalia is undesired.

First of all, the reasons for being gay you've provided are BS. As per all kinds of scientific (peer-reviewed) studies. Second of all, Transgender people are NOT necessarily gay. Do some research and know what the hell you're talking about please.

Cause of being gay:
Being emotinally close to mom or other girlfriends.
Being attracted to any boy at early teen age.
Having sexual arousal by thinking, looking or touching of your boy friends and conditioning of this arousal for 4-5 years.
Attracted to his own body, Narcisstic personality.

I wouldnt think so, because, in your mind, you feel like a women, and as long as your comfortable with your sexuality, and everything about yourself, then i would think you would have the reaction of a women, but i could be wrong, considering you still have your parts!
