In what culture?

Athena is the goddess of wisdom and warfare, not strength. Some people think it is Athena, but it is not.
Amaterasu is the Japanese sun goddess who gave strength to the people, I think.
In other cultures that I know, there are just gods of strength, no goddesses of strength.
