"The Breakfast Club" is going to be a shown at a old movie theatre in town tonight. I'm gonna see it with my brother.

Has anyone seen it at the theatre when it was first released? My borther saw it back in the '80s.

Yep, I saw it in the theater (when it first came out) with my best friend. Since then I've seen it many, many times (on the small screen). Wow, how Anthony Michael Hall has changed! I saw an interview with him on "The View" recently. (He was on the same day that Star Jones Reynolds announced she wouldn't be returning in the fall.) He seems like a genuinely nice person. He was proud of being in the John Hughes' movies. He was thankful for the work, and that they'd given him his start.

PS My best friend and I also saw Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Some Kind of Wonderful (all John Hughes films) on the big screen in the 80s.

PSS The principal on "The Breakfast Club" recently died.

My parents wouldn't let me see it when it first came out-- I was too much of rebel already. But it sounds like a kick. Congrats on having such an awesome theater in your town.

Is the breakfast club rated R? They confirmed it on ABC kin, and that they do no longer generally coach R rated video clips on there... yeah, circulate forward and enable him watch it. And have confidence me, he's seen R rated video clips. i'm 14 and my parents won't enable me watch R rated video clips, yet i've got seen issues.
