I don't think that there is one country that is the best and one that is the worst.. I think there are good and bad things to be found in every country.

I think you have to live and experiment everywhere in the world in order to answer that question. I've never been in a terrible country that I would consider as the worst of all.
I have been in very nice countries all over America, and Canada was truly amazing in every aspect (except the winter, lol). Canada is a very peaceful, clean and well organized country, probably the best I've visited.

That would pretty level all the members of the playing field. You need to be a little more specific. In general, I'd say the US is the best and in my opinion many countries are vying for the worst...

Worst, several, depending on your defenition. The US is very high on my list because it claims to be the richest country in the World yet there is poverty.
Best? The Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. Nobody homeless (unless they want to), free medical, full social security for everybody.
