I like MAC because it lasts a long time and gives me a good finish

I use different brands for different purposes. Each brand is best at something different.

Lipstick/Lip-liner - MAC is excellent; they have really dense pigmentation. I also like Chanel, Revlon for a more affordable substitute.

Blush/Eyeshadow - Stila, MAC or at the drugstore I like Cover Girl.

Concealer/Foundation/Powder - Prescriptives is considered the best. Also good are Estee Lauder, Lacome and Lorac. For drugstore brands, I loooove Nuetragena and Almay.

Mascara - Doesn't really matter. Don't buy expensive ones, because they're all the same.

Tinted Moisturizer - Estee Lauder or Nuetragena.

Sometimes you have to try different brands until you find the one that is right for you.

My mascara is Maybelline Great Lash in Very Black. My eyeshadow is Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow in Not Just Nudes. Covergirl Cheekers in Soft Sable. Maybelline New York Ultra Brow in Brunette. Oh and Covergirl Trublend pressed powder in Translucent Honey.

Wet & Wild, Rimmel, N.Y.C., Topez, because they are in my price range. Which of these I'll use depends on the cosmetic and which is cheaper. I'll use N.Y.C.'s liquid lipstick because Wet & Wild don't have liquid lipstick. I use everything except gloss and mascara. I do, however, have aquatic blue from Maybelline and a shade of their purple because one time at Wal-Mart, those two colors jumped out at me. But those two are an exception. I have Cover Girl's pressed powder. But the first four brands I mentioned, I prefer those for price reasons.

EVERYTHING!! Make-up is non-committal, and some really good stuff is sold mass market now. I tend to prefer more expensive foundation on the rare occasion that I wear it, like Lancome and Clinique. But everything else can be found at Target, Longs, or Sav- on. However, I am very partial to my skin care of 30 years, Clinique. Nothing beats their toner.

Peace.

For the most part MAC. I'm fond of NARS blushes, and some Paula Dorf products. My brushes are all Paula Dorf. Best mascara, though- Cover Girl Super Cury lash ( or something close to this name- its in a red tube).

I use either Bodyshop, Bare essentials or Benefit. Personally I find these three quite pricey but it's better to have little decent make-up than loads of cheap make-up I think. And I think these are the three brands I love !! xXx
