Lots of VFW posts have halls that you can rent for a reasonable price. Call this one and ask about it. If they don't, ask if they know somewhere you can rent a hall for your party.

there are any such large type of nice places in Seattle, that is why i love it the following, yet, because you're attempting to celebrate a special occasion, then i could advise acceptable the following: Cutters (downtown, a vacationer capture, yet, large for the perspectives of the water and nice style on the menu), SeaStar (Bellevue), very well-liked, reservations required, intense type each of ways and the suited nutrition (no longer merely seafood; try the kobe steak! more effective acceptable than ruth chris!), The Metropolitan Grill (reliable steaks), Anthony's (both Kirkland or Mukilteo, large perspectives).... um, that is all i am going to imagine of for now!
