Could it be that your pastor has some sort of mental illness? I'm being serious here. Doesn't sound very religious to me.

First, your question is a little long. I still don't understand why the pastor is angry with you. Second, this shouldn't be in politics and government, but in religion where people might better understand it. Third, isn't that the way your type of Christianity works? The church you attend is controlled only by the pastor and you have to apply to get in? The can ask you to leave at any time for basically any reason? Sounds like a funky place and I think you'd be better off going somewhere else.

Considering that I have been a Christian all of my life, I have never heard of a pastor turning against a member of his/her congregation and telling them to go find another pastor and church. My understanding of the Christian ministry is that you are supposed to help and encourage all of your congregation members; not turn them away. This pastor sounds like he has become self-righteous, and is allowed to pick and choose who in the congregation can be friends with each other and who cannot. I do not believe that this is what God would want. A pastor is supposed to guide his congregation toward understanding of God and the Gospel and each other. Are there other people in the congregation who have noticed this unusual behavior? This man really needs counseling; both from God and from a earth-bound counterpart. Does he have a family? How is his relationship with them, or with his personal friends; outside of the church? If he does not have a family or friends outside of the church, he may be attempting to make the church and its congregation his family; therefore his entire life. If you are friends with the brother which you led into the church initially, and he wants you to attend the opening of his first service in Miami; you should definitely go. Please, please pray for your pastor, get together with other church family members and get the man some help. In the world today we all need to be encouraging and helping each other, including encouraging people to embrace a religion of their choice. No one should be turning people away from the church...Didn't Jesus want us to embrace all of our brothers and sisters into the church? Blessings to you in this dilemma. Have a good day.

Yes! I believe is preaching in a church then he is suppose to be preaching what The Lord is speaking but if you are there and you do not like what is being preach then go to another church where the preacher preacher preaches only what you want to hear.
Matter of fact my sister's judy church is like that. They have had 5 preachers in 5 years. They are prestyerian chuch so come on down if you think you like church like that.
I agree with your pastor here.

I so consider you. it is guy that places everybody in heaven and how unhappy via fact maximum are no longer there. Too many have self belief interior the as quickly as saved consistently saved theory and the Bible does not coach that. in case you study Gal 5:4, Rev 3:4-12 and Heb 6:6, it tells us that we are in a position to be lost if we don't follow God's instructions and that doesn't basically mean you suspect in Jesus like maximum of placed up in this internet site alllll the time. one situation it is incredibly unhappy is by utilising the people here coaching those blunders, they could answer to God on Judgment Day for deceptive maximum of off course. The Bible provides us SIX steps to salvation, no longer basically one or 2 as I see published again and again back. i wish everybody will make the hassle to income and discover those six steps extremely than hear to what others coach them. we could consistently experience stable approximately faith yet to no longer the element we twist it to make it what we wish and completely dismiss God's observe. and is not any longer that considered one of those judging, some thing many at here get on others approximately whilst somebody says a man or woman can flow to hell for specific motives? wonderful the way it relatively is high-quality for them to choose and placed everybody in heaven besides the undeniable fact that it is not alright to cite scripture and say some are going to hell in the event that they do no longer exchange their strategies. Double properly-known ~ stinks, does not it?

A church is open to any and all people. Your pastor is not much of a man of God if he is acting this way.

it sounds maybe as if this pastor is holding a grudge.... a nd u are not to hold grudges.... the whole point of being a pastor is to bring man to God, a pastor is to be a fisher of men. u do not catch a fish who is willing to come into ur net and say to it because maybe its fin hit you, " fine, go to another net and find a new fisherman" ... u are to hold no grudge against those who wish to come to your church and learn of Christ, gossip, grudge holding, and anger will bring a church down completely in time. surely Christ is with him and he will get over this, as well as u and any others he may have offended.

You have uncovered a significant difference between your pastor and Jesus.
Jesus will not banish a member of his flock or tell you to find another 'way'.
What you do with this knowledge is entirely up to you. Make a decision you can live with and you will not have to be concerned again.

So what your Preacher is saying is the Church Belongs to Him. I would want to go to one that belongs to God. But this is the Norm for Preachers and they usually are not Anointed ones.
