wtf eating a placenta?? thats the absoulte most disgusting thing i have ever heard!!!!!!omg does it taste good ????even if it did!!!!blahhh!!

I would probably braise it in a wine sauce. It is known as the "meat of life" and has always been a popular dish in some groups. It is believed to restore the mother's health and bond the family together. FYI most animals, even vegetarians like cows, eat the placenta after they have given birth. They just don't braise it in a wine sauce like we humans do.
