http://www.heartsonfire.com/hofdiamond_intro.aspx - this claims to be it, but I am sure there are others that do, too. I personally like Emerald cut diamonds, and have been told they must be the most flawless to be given that cut. Also remember that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

The Hope Diamond is the world's largest blue diamond.
There are several cuts that claim to be the best.

A Cut Above
Theta
Spirit of Flanders
Liberty
To name a few.
Just get the one that you like that's in your price range. They all come with a certification.
